I started Klivia because I kept meeting talented small business owners who were stuck. Not for lack of ambition, but because nobody had helped them work out what to do next.
Now the same owners are being told to use AI, with nobody explaining what that means for a business their size. So I learned to build the tools myself: assistants, sales pipelines, content systems. The strategy work decides what is worth building. The building makes it real.
